Shipping Policy

Last updated: May 22, 2026

MEIJIA provides OEM, ODM, private-label, customized, wholesale, and other business-oriented nail product services. Because different orders may vary in quantity, specifications, designs, packaging, customization requirements, production requirements, shipping method, destination country or region, and other factors, shipping arrangements will be carried out based on the specific order details and the arrangements confirmed by both parties.

By submitting an order, confirming a quotation, paying a deposit, or completing payment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping Policy.

Order Processing, Production, and Dispatch Time

MEIJIA’s order processing, production, preparation, packaging, and dispatch time usually takes 18–30 business days after the order details, customization requirements, and payment have been confirmed.

The actual processing time may vary depending on factors including but not limited to:

  • order details;

  • product quantity;

  • product specifications;

  • nail design requirements;

  • nail sticker requirements;

  • press-on nail requirements;

  • packaging requirements;

  • labeling or customization requirements;

  • payment status;

  • sample or order confirmation status;

  • availability of materials and packaging materials;

  • production schedule;

  • timeliness of customer confirmations and required information;

  • shipping method;

  • destination country or region;

  • other actual arrangements confirmed by both parties.

Any processing time, production time, preparation time, packaging time, dispatch time, shipping time, or delivery time provided by MEIJIA is an estimate only and does not constitute a guaranteed completion, dispatch, or delivery date.

MEIJIA will make reasonable efforts to arrange production, preparation, packaging, and dispatch according to the confirmed order. However, MEIJIA does not guarantee that any order will be completed, dispatched, or delivered by a specific date.

If the customer requires delivery by a certain time for sales plans, product launches, platform listings, promotional activities, exhibitions, project schedules, or other business arrangements, the customer should confirm such requirements with MEIJIA before placing the order and allow sufficient time.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties or required by applicable law, MEIJIA shall not be liable for the customer’s business losses, sales losses, event losses, platform losses, launch delays, or other indirect losses caused by delays in production scheduling, preparation, shipping, customs clearance, or other factors that are not fully within MEIJIA’s control.

Estimated Shipping and Delivery Time

After the order has been dispatched, the estimated shipping or delivery time is usually 8–18 business days, depending on the shipping method, destination country or region, customs clearance, carrier operations, and other logistics conditions.

Please note that the estimated shipping or delivery time does not include order processing, production, preparation, packaging, or dispatch time.

The total estimated time from confirmed order to delivery may generally include:

Order processing, production, preparation, packaging, and dispatch: 18–30 business days

Shipping or delivery after dispatch: 8–18 business days

Actual delivery time may vary depending on the specific order, destination, shipping method, customs clearance, and other actual logistics conditions.

Any shipping or delivery time provided by MEIJIA, carriers, courier companies, freight forwarders, or other logistics service providers is for reference only and is not a guaranteed delivery time.

MEIJIA does not guarantee that any shipment will be delivered by a specific date unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by both parties.

Shipping Fees

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties, all shipping-related costs shall be borne by the customer.

Costs to be borne by the customer may include, but are not limited to:

  • international shipping fees;

  • domestic transportation fees;

  • express delivery fees;

  • air freight fees;

  • sea freight fees;

  • freight forwarder fees;

  • handling fees;

  • reinforced packaging fees;

  • customs clearance fees;

  • import duties;

  • import taxes;

  • VAT or other local taxes;

  • storage fees;

  • delivery fees;

  • remote area surcharges;

  • return shipping fees;

  • redelivery fees;

  • other fees incurred during logistics or transportation.

Product prices usually do not include shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or other logistics-related costs, unless MEIJIA expressly states otherwise in the quotation, proforma invoice, order confirmation, or other written document.

Shipping Methods

Shipping methods will be determined based on the order details, customer requirements, destination, product quantity, weight, volume, and actual logistics conditions.

Available shipping methods may include:

  • international express delivery;

  • air freight;

  • sea freight;

  • rail transportation;

  • truck transportation;

  • freight forwarder shipping;

  • customer-designated freight forwarder;

  • other shipping methods confirmed by both parties.

The customer may use their own freight forwarder or logistics service provider according to actual needs, but must coordinate and confirm the pickup time, pickup address, contact person, shipping documents, and other necessary information with MEIJIA in advance.

If the customer uses a self-designated freight forwarder or logistics service provider, after the goods are handed over to such freight forwarder or logistics service provider, the subsequent transportation risks, costs, and responsibilities shall generally be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

After an order has been shipped, where applicable, MEIJIA will provide the customer with a tracking number, bill of lading information, freight forwarder information, or other available shipping information.

Please note:

  • tracking information may take some time to update;

  • tracking information may be delayed, interrupted, or incomplete during international transportation;

  • tracking capabilities may vary depending on the shipping method;

  • tracking for sea freight, air freight, or freight forwarder shipments may differ from ordinary courier tracking.

If the customer requires specific shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, commercial invoices, bills of lading, customs clearance documents, or other transportation documents, the customer should inform MEIJIA before shipment and obtain confirmation from both parties.

Customs Clearance, Duties, and Import Responsibilities

International orders may involve customs clearance, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, local taxes, import restrictions, product compliance requirements, labeling requirements, or other regulatory requirements in the destination country or region.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties, the customer is responsible for:

  • understanding the import regulations of the destination country or region;

  • confirming whether the products can be imported;

  • confirming whether the products comply with local regulatory requirements;

  • providing accurate and complete customs clearance information;

  • providing tax numbers, VAT numbers, EORI numbers, or other necessary information;

  • paying customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other local fees;

  • cooperating with customs, carriers, freight forwarders, or local authorities to complete customs clearance;

  • bearing responsibilities and costs arising from customs clearance, import restrictions, or local regulations.

MEIJIA shall not be liable for delays, detention, return, destruction, fines, or other losses caused by customs inspection, import restrictions, regulatory requirements, the customer’s failure to provide information in a timely manner, the customer’s failure to pay duties or taxes, or the customer’s failure to cooperate with customs clearance in the destination country or region, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Accuracy of Shipping Information

The customer is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping information, including but not limited to:

  • recipient name;

  • company name;

  • detailed shipping address;

  • phone number;

  • email address;

  • postal code;

  • country or region;

  • customs clearance contact person;

  • tax number or import identification number;

  • customer-designated freight forwarder information;

  • other information required for shipping or customs clearance.

Any delays, delivery failures, returns, storage fees, redelivery fees, or other losses caused by incorrect, incomplete, unclear, unreachable, undeliverable, or insufficient shipping or customs clearance information provided by the customer shall be borne by the customer.

Shipping Delays

MEIJIA shall not be liable for shipping delays, additional costs, losses, or delivery failures caused by:

  • carrier delays;

  • freight forwarder delays;

  • flight or vessel delays;

  • customs inspection;

  • customs clearance procedures;

  • weather, natural disasters, or public events;

  • public holidays;

  • peak shipping seasons;

  • import restrictions in the destination country or region;

  • delayed payment by the customer;

  • delayed confirmation of orders, samples, designs, packaging, labels, or shipping information by the customer;

  • failure by the customer to provide customs clearance information in a timely manner;

  • failure by the customer to pay customs duties, taxes, or other fees;

  • refusal of delivery or failure to collect the goods by the customer;

  • force majeure events;

  • other circumstances beyond MEIJIA’s reasonable control.

The customer should allow sufficient production and shipping time based on their own sales plans, project schedules, platform listings, exhibitions, events, or other business arrangements.

Undeliverable, Refused, or Returned Shipments

If goods cannot be delivered, are refused, are not collected, fail customs clearance, or are returned for reasons not caused by MEIJIA, including but not limited to:

  • incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer;

  • inability to contact the customer;

  • refusal of delivery by the customer;

  • failure by the customer to collect the goods in time;

  • failure by the customer to pay customs duties, taxes, or other fees;

  • failure by the customer to provide customs clearance information in time;

  • failure by the customer to cooperate with customs, carriers, or freight forwarders;

  • import restrictions in the destination country or region;

  • local regulations or policies causing delivery failure;

  • other non-MEIJIA reasons causing delivery failure.

The above situations shall not be considered the responsibility of MEIJIA.

In such situations:

  • refunds are not guaranteed;

  • original shipping fees, handling fees, customs clearance fees, customs duties, taxes, storage fees, return shipping fees, and other incurred logistics costs are generally non-refundable;

  • if the customer requests reshipment, the customer shall bear all costs arising from reshipment;

  • if the goods are returned, MEIJIA may, after receiving and inspecting the goods, decide at its discretion whether to offer a partial refund, reshipment, or another resolution based on the specific circumstances;

  • if the goods are detained, destroyed, or cannot be returned due to local regulations, customs clearance failure, refusal of delivery by the customer, or other reasons, MEIJIA shall not be responsible for the resulting losses.

Risk of Loss

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties or required by applicable law, after the goods are handed over to the carrier, courier company, freight forwarder, or customer-designated logistics service provider, the risk of loss, damage, delay, or other transportation-related risks shall generally pass to the customer.

If the customer requires shipping insurance, the customer should request it from MEIJIA or the designated freight forwarder before shipment and bear the corresponding insurance cost. Whether insurance can be purchased and the scope of insurance coverage shall be subject to the actual rules of the relevant logistics service provider.

Important Notice

Customers should carefully check the products, quantity, specifications, designs, packaging, labels, shipping address, customs clearance information, and logistics requirements before confirming an order.

International shipping involves production, logistics, customs clearance, import regulations, and other factors that are not fully within MEIJIA’s control. Customers should allow sufficient time.

MEIJIA shall not be liable for indirect losses or business losses arising from delays affecting the customer’s sales plans, launch schedules, promotional activities, exhibitions, platform listings, event arrangements, or other business plans, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Agreement

By submitting an order, confirming a quotation, paying a deposit, or completing payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping Policy.

MEIJIA reserves the right to review, adjust, and finally confirm shipping arrangements based on the order type, shipping method, destination country or region, customer requirements, and actual circumstances.

If this Shipping Policy conflicts with a quotation, proforma invoice, order confirmation, contract, or other written agreement confirmed by MEIJIA, such written confirmation or agreement shall prevail for the relevant order.
