MEIJIA operates this website and related services, including the information, content, features, tools, product displays, inquiry forms, order communications, and other related services available on this website, in order to provide nail product information, OEM/ODM inquiries, customized nail product solutions, wholesale services, private-label cooperation, order communication, and related support services to customers, buyers, prospective business partners, website visitors, and other users.

MEIJIA uses Shopify to provide technical support for this website, enabling us to provide website browsing, inquiry, order, payment, shipping, marketing, and other related services.

These Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies posted on this website, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use this website and related services. Please read them carefully.

By accessing, browsing, submitting an inquiry, placing an order, making a payment, or otherwise using this website and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all referenced policies.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Accounts may not be transferred, shared, or used by others without authorization.

SECTION 2 – Product Information and Descriptions

We strive to ensure that the product information, images, descriptions, specifications, prices, and other content displayed on this website are accurate, complete, and up to date.

However, product images, colors, patterns, textures, packaging, sizes, specifications, and other displayed content may vary from the actual products due to photography conditions, lighting, device settings, screen display differences, production batches, packaging adjustments, or other factors.

Product information displayed on this website is for reference only and does not constitute a final order commitment unless confirmed in writing by MEIJIA. The actual products, specifications, prices, packaging, labels, lead times, and other order details shall be subject to the quotation, proforma invoice, order confirmation, email communication, or other written confirmation agreed between the parties.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any products, services, descriptions, prices, or availability at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 3 – Inquiries, Quotations, and Order Confirmation

Submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, applying for samples, or placing an order through this website, email, forms, or other methods does not mean that the order has been accepted by MEIJIA.

All product prices, quotations, specifications, stock availability, samples, production times, delivery times, and other order conditions are subject to written confirmation by MEIJIA.

An order is generally considered confirmed when:

  • the product, quantity, specifications, design, packaging, price, lead time, and other key order details have been confirmed by both parties;

  • MEIJIA has issued an order confirmation, quotation, proforma invoice, or other written confirmation;

  • the customer has paid the agreed deposit, payment, or other payable amount according to the agreed terms.

MEIJIA reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any inquiry, quotation request, order, or service request at our discretion, especially in cases involving suspected fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, payment issues, policy violations, incomplete information, or other inappropriate circumstances.

All orders are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

SECTION 4 – OEM, ODM, Customized, Private-Label, and Wholesale Orders

MEIJIA provides OEM, ODM, private-label, customized, wholesale, and other business-oriented nail product services.

OEM, ODM, private-label, custom packaging, custom labels, custom logos, custom specifications, custom colors, custom designs, custom nail sticker sets, press-on nail sets, wholesale purchases, and other orders produced, adjusted, or supplied according to customer requirements are considered commercial orders or customized orders.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, once an order has been confirmed, cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges for non-quality-related reasons are not accepted.

Customers are responsible for confirming the intended use, product specifications, design details, packaging requirements, label content, import requirements, local regulatory requirements, sales plans, and other business arrangements before confirming an order.

Issues caused by customer omissions, incorrect information, late changes, market changes, poor sales performance, inventory pressure, event cancellation, platform policy changes, or other customer-side reasons are not valid reasons for order cancellation, return, refund, or exchange.

SECTION 5 – Pricing, Payment, and Billing

All prices, promotions, quotations, stock availability, lead times, and availability are subject to change and must be finally confirmed in writing by MEIJIA.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, product prices usually do not include:

  • taxes;

  • shipping fees;

  • customs duties;

  • import charges;

  • customs clearance fees;

  • storage fees;

  • bank charges;

  • other logistics or transaction-related costs.

You authorize us or our payment service providers to charge your selected payment method for the applicable amount shown in the order, invoice, or payment page.

For customized, wholesale, OEM, ODM, or private-label orders, payment methods, deposit amounts, balance payment timing, and other payment terms shall be subject to the quotation, proforma invoice, order confirmation, or other written agreement confirmed by both parties.

SECTION 6 – Production, Samples, and Lead Times

Any production time, sample time, preparation time, delivery time, or shipping time is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.

MEIJIA will make reasonable efforts to arrange production, preparation, and shipment according to the confirmed order. However, we do not guarantee that any order, sample, or shipment will be completed, dispatched, or delivered by a specific date.

Orders may be delayed due to raw materials, packaging materials, production schedules, design confirmation, logistics, customs clearance, weather, public holidays, carriers, delayed payment, delayed customer confirmation, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers should place orders with sufficient time based on their own sales plans, launch schedules, promotional activities, exhibition plans, or other business arrangements. MEIJIA shall not be responsible for any missed sales plans, launch dates, marketing activities, exhibitions, platform listing schedules, or other business arrangements caused by production or shipping delays, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

SECTION 7 – Shipping, Delivery, and Customs

We will arrange shipment according to the confirmed order details, information provided by the customer, and actual logistics arrangements.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by:

  • shipping carriers;

  • customs clearance;

  • weather conditions;

  • public holidays;

  • incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer;

  • failure by the customer to provide customs clearance documents in time;

  • failure by the customer to pay duties or taxes;

  • import restrictions;

  • force majeure or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses, contact information, phone numbers, import documents, customs clearance information, and other information required for delivery.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law, risk of loss passes to the customer after the goods are handed over to the carrier.

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details regarding shipping arrangements, shipping fees, customs clearance, taxes, and delivery responsibilities.

SECTION 8 – Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

All return, refund, exchange, replacement, or cancellation requests are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Unless the products are confirmed to be defective, damaged, incorrect, short-shipped, or affected by an issue caused by MEIJIA, OEM, ODM, private-label, customized, and wholesale orders are generally not eligible for return, refund, cancellation, or exchange.

If the products are damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially inconsistent with the confirmed order, the customer must contact us within 3 days of delivery in accordance with the requirements set out in our Refund & Return Policy and provide the order number, issue description, photos, videos, and other necessary evidence.

Customers may not return products without prior written approval from MEIJIA. Any unauthorized return may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.

SECTION 9 – Customer Responsibilities

You agree to use this website and related services lawfully and reasonably, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

You must not:

  • use this website for any unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized purpose;

  • interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of this website;

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to this website, servers, accounts, or systems;

  • submit false, incomplete, misleading, or infringing information;

  • abuse the inquiry, order, payment, refund, return, or customer service process;

For OEM, ODM, private-label, customized, or wholesale orders, customers are responsible for ensuring that any brand names, trademarks, logos, labels, designs, text, packaging content, product use, import requirements, and sales activities they provide or request comply with applicable laws and do not infringe any third-party rights.

SECTION 10 – Intellectual Property

All content available on this website and through the related services, including but not limited to text, images, videos, graphics, trademarks, logos, page designs, product displays, product descriptions, design elements, and other content, is owned by or licensed to MEIJIA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Without prior written permission from MEIJIA, you may not copy, modify, distribute, display, sell, transfer, publish, download, scrape, reverse engineer, or otherwise use any website content, except for normal browsing of this website or lawful business communication with us.

If you provide us with trademarks, logos, designs, labels, text, images, packaging content, or other materials, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to provide and use such materials, and you authorize MEIJIA to use such materials to the extent necessary to process inquiries, prepare quotations, produce samples, manufacture products, arrange packaging, fulfill orders, and provide related services.

If any materials provided by the customer infringe third-party rights, the customer shall be responsible for the related liability.

Although this website is powered by Shopify, your transactions, inquiries, orders, and communications with MEIJIA are conducted directly between you and MEIJIA, unless otherwise provided by the relevant service or applicable law.

In any event, MEIJIA’s total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to any order, product, service, or these Terms of Service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer to MEIJIA for the relevant product or order giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

SECTION 16 – Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MEIJIA, Shopify, and their affiliates, officers, employees, partners, suppliers, and service providers from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from or related to:

  • your breach of these Terms of Service or related policies;

  • your misuse of this website or related services;

  • any false, inaccurate, incomplete, or unauthorized information provided by you;

  • any trademarks, logos, designs, labels, text, images, or other materials provided by you that infringe third-party rights;

  • your violation of applicable laws, import regulations, labeling requirements, sales regulations, or other compliance requirements;

  • your misuse, storage, sale, or resale of the products;

  • any dispute between you and your customers, buyers, distributors, platforms, or other third parties.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it may be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Hong Kong, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing by both parties.
