Most of our products are supplied for wholesale, OEM, ODM, private-label, and customized business orders. Due to the commercial and customized nature of these orders, confirmed orders are generally not eligible for return, refund, cancellation, or exchange for non-quality-related reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, short-shipped, or materially inconsistent with the confirmed order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order information and clear photos or videos for review.

Delivery Details
MEIJIA provides wholesale, OEM, ODM, private-label, and customized nail product solutions. Because each business order may vary in quantity, design, packaging, customization requirements, shipping method, and destination, shipping arrangements will be confirmed based on the actual order details.
Generally, order processing, production, packaging, and dispatch take 18–30 business days after order confirmation and payment. Estimated shipping time after dispatch is usually 8–18 business days.
Customers are responsible for confirming shipping information, customs clearance requirements, import regulations, duties, taxes, and other destination-related costs before placing an order.
